Sunday, May 8, 2016 - 01:26

Good morning,

Beginning at 3:00 AM, we wil begin activities to prepare for the installation of a new Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) which will deliver power to our Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units at the State Data Center. There are two (2) generators on site (one to carry the power load, with the other being a back-up just in case) which will provide power through these activities.  These activities will include migrating the CRAC units from the temporary ATS to a tertiary ATS which is now in place.   We anticipate an approximate seven hour window to accomplish this task.

AZCOOP will provide updates every 45 minutes, and there will also be a Meet Me Bridge Line established at 602-771-9093.

The next AZCOOP update will occur at the begining of these activities at 3:00 AM.

Good afternoon -

The Control M and CICS issues that have plagued the DR Test all afternoon were unresolveable given the time remaining, and the DR Test was closed as of 4:30 PM.

This Tester Bridge Line will remain open until 5:00 PM, as per previous updates.

A Post Mortem conference call will be scheduled during the week of October 26th, and all participants will be able to share their experience at that call.

This will be the final update for this DR Test.

Thanks.

Good afternoon,

We are currently experiencing multiple issues.

XL01 and MVS1 are being re-IPLed in order to attempt correcting connectivity issues for ASU and AHCCCS.

We are hopeful that this re-IPL will correct these issues.

If these issues cannot be corrected by 5:00 PM, we will consider this a failed DR test and stop all activity.

The next AZCOOP update will occur at 3:45 PM.

Saturday, October 24, 2015 - 13:47

We have no ETA for the resolution of any of these issues at the present time, but continue to troubleshoot each one.

Apologies for the inconvenience.   Updates will continue through this method, and via email.
