As part of ADOA’s continuing effort to improve services, we will be upgrading our power infrastructure within the State Data Center.  In order to minimize risk to the Web Portal environment the service outage will occur on Saturday, May 10, 2014 starting at 8:00 PM until Sunday, May 11, 2014 at 6:00 AM.  During this time, all AZ Web Portal services will be unavailable.

We are currently experiencing technical issues affecting the entire AZ.gov Web Portal. Our teams are currently working on the issue to restore services as soon as possible. We have our Vendor and DSG are actively engaging on a conference call.

Applications affected: DOI, Smart NOI and CTS

Splash pages have been added to websites affected notifying customers of outage

At this time we do not have a ETA and apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide another update at 3:15 PM.

* It was advised that a server patch that was completed on 3/29/2014 is  not compatible with Red Hat. We have our DSG team contacting Red Hat support for additional assistance.

- We found that the "Mainframe lost communication with the access the MVRRS application" at 10:04 AM

- B&D has provided the Error logs to ADOT ITG at 10:05 AM

- ADOA Mainframe and DSG teams are aware of issues and will be assisting
