Resolved: Over the Counter Credit Card Payment System (DHS OTC) Outage

The Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS) Over the Counter Credit Card Payment System (DHS OTC) is currently experiencing technical difficulties. We have multiple teams working diligently to bring the application back online. We have identified a solution to return the system to normal operating status. However, restoration and testing efforts are taking an extended period of time. We apologize for the interruption in service and will provide updates as further information is available.

Update:  The outage has been resolved as of 11:45 AM on June 7, 2024.
