RESOLVED: Secure Account Services (SAS)

The Secure Account Services (SAS) suite of applications began experiencing a partial outage at 5 PM on May 30. The SAS system provides user management and authentication services to several agency applications. 


Authentication functions remain operational and existing users are able to log into their authorized applications.

Account Requests

If you would like to request access to a secure application, please submit our Account Request form.

ADOA-ASET has been working diligently to fully restore the system to normal operating status and are exploring several options. We apologize for the interruption in service and will provide updates as further information is available.

UPDATE:  The outage has been resolved as of 11:45 AM on June 7, 2024.
