Cisco Finesse - Unable to receive phone calls (204815)

Starting around 9:30 AM, users started reporting issues with Finesse and not being able to sign in or being logged out.

We have informed the appropriate groups and are looking to provide a solution as soon as possible.

Users appear to be able to login. Still no official resolution on the issue from the vendor yet.
