DHS - Phone outage - Ticket 177260

We are receiving reports of phone outages for multiple agencies. This is only affecting the phone capabilities. The internet appears to be unaffected at this time.

AZNET has already been notified and is working to resolve the issue. The issue is being tracked with remedy ticket 177260
